Selkirk GM is looking at adding a Customer Service Rep to work at our Dealership. Our locally owned and operated family dealership prides itself on exceptional customer service.
As the Customer Service Rep your Primary Responsibilities will be;
- Provide exceptional customer service on the phone when making follow up calls
- Provide administrative support when needed
Qualifications
- Exceptional customer service skills and communication skills
- Must show empathy when speaking with customers
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent computer skills with the ability to work within a number of different programs/systems
