The Purpose of your role:
The role function is to support the company’s 5 year strategic growth plan in the area of Service in the markets of Municipal Water/Wastewater & General Industry (Pulp and Paper, Power Plants) in the province of Ontario, Canada.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. This involves effective communication, understanding customer needs, providing relevant information, and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of the products or services being sold. This includes knowing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages, as well as being able to effectively communicate this information to potential customers.
- Demonstrate KSB’s value proposition: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations or demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of the products or services. Tailor the presentations to the specific needs and interests of the customer.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate effectively to find win-win solutions for both the customer and the company.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, preferences, and sales activities using a customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends through ongoing training and professional development. Continuously seek ways to enhance sales skills and adapt to changing market conditions.

Technical Requirements:
· > 3 years of experience in technical sales
· Engineering degree or technical diploma is preferred
