We have an upscale med spa in Vaughan seeking a skilled, confident, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician who is passionate about skin health, cutting-edge technology, and building long-term client relationships to join their team.
In this role you will be required to:
- Perform a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, including facials, laser hair removal, microneedling/RF, body contouring, and other medical aesthetic services
- Conduct in-depth consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Deliver consistent, safe, and results-driven treatments aligned with best practices
Client Experience
- Provide exceptional, high-touch client care from consultation through post-treatment follow-up
- Educate clients on skin health, treatment plans, and home care routines
- Build trust, loyalty, and long-term client relationships
Sales & Growth
- Lead confident, results-driven consultations that convert into high-value treatment plans and packages
- Educate clients on service and retail
- Build long-term client relationships that result in repeat bookings and referrals
Operations & Compliance
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and treatment-ready workspace
- Adhere strictly to all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention protocols
- Follow clinic policies, documentation standards, and professional guidelines
Brand & Social Presence
- Manage and create content for your professional social media account to attract new clients and nurture existing ones
Qualifications & Skills
- Certified Medical Aesthetician in Ontario

Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetician experience (required)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional presence
- Passion for continuing education and staying current with industry trends
