We are seeking full-time a assistant Superintendent to live on-site and work at our residential building in Hamilton, Ontario.
candidates are offered $35,000 plus a free apt (valued at 30,000)

- Ability to show vacant suites to prospective tenants
- Assist with the preparation of vacant suites
- Experience in similar role required
- Ability to follow direction from Property Manager
