Join the Orion Safety Equipment Team! We’re looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys helping customers stay safe. This hybrid role combines Shipping & Receiving with Inside Sales, giving you variety and room to learn & grow.
What You’ll Do in Our Warehouse
- Work with existing warehouse team to keep processes running smoothly by receiving, organizing, and shipping safety equipment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain safety standards while performing warehouse tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks and assist with - related activities as needed.
- Maintain inventory and ensure accuracy and that all shipments meet quality standards
- Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit.
What You’ll Do to Assist with Customer Sales & Service
- Greet clients as they enter our showroom & participate in answering incoming telephone calls.
- Work directly with customers to recommend the right product or services for their needs
- Assist customers with product inquiries, provide knowledgeable recommendations on safety equipment
- Support inside sales with quotes, sales order entry, order processing and customer follow‑up
What You Bring
- Solid understanding of industrial safety equipment
- A customer‑first mindset
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related fields.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently.
- Comfortable with multitasking
- Stay calm under pressure
- Experience in sales is a strong asset
