The Sales Support Specialist supports photography territories by entering account agreements and work orders into the database and coordinates the preparation and distribution of marketing materials, communicating and resolving production delays. In addition, this position may assemble and organize picture day job materials, database entry, data verification, and shipping and receiving.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
PRE-JOB PRODUCTION:
Receive Account agreements from Territory and books / updates accounts in system – correcting/updating exception reports
Receive work orders from Territory and enters work order details
Track territory/ job readiness with regards to job details. Work with Territory in order to achieve set targets for territory seasonal readiness (photo and or yearbook)
Assist with collection of electronic data transfer files
Assist with confirmation calls to accounts prior to picture day (confirm account received picture day kit)
May assist with job production tasks including, but not limited to:
Assemble job bag and all required picture-day materials for the Territory Offices. This process includes assembling required materials, verifying job bag contents for accuracy, and placing job bags on appropriate shelves for shipment to territory offices.
Generate weekly pre-job shipping report for the territory showing completed and outstanding tasks

POST-JOB PRODUCTION:
Follow up with Territory with regards to outstanding jobs that are not received back into the Service Centre within two days of picture date.
Update systems and complete appropriate applicable paperwork with any changes made to job on or following picture day.
Request school commission cheques to be printed if system is accurate, or make adjustments in the system as necessary (if applicable).
Inspect jobs returned after picture day prior to lab entry
Communicate with Territories and schools to resolve production job delays
Provide support to Territories with ordering additional service or product items and customer remakes
Provide status updates to Territories on products and services

YOU BRING:
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant post-secondary coursework/formal training
Must have proficient speaking, reading and writing abilities in both English and French
2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Basic to intermediate computer knowledge; including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications
High level of accuracy
Detail-oriented
Ability to handle high volume of work and meet deadlines
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information
