Carlyle Printers, Services, and Supplies seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead their team in Winnipeg, Canada. As Service Manager, you will supervise and lead a team of technicians, dispatchers, and parts managers to ensure service efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must be a skilled leader with experience in the Copier/Printer Repair and technology industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating the field, shop, and dispatch activities within the company
Monitoring key indicators of team success
Implementing new policies to improve team efficiency
Hiring, training, and disciplining team members
Shadowing technicians to ensure proper protocol is taking place on calls
Contacting customers and following up on services
Inspecting fixed machines to ensure maintenance was completed successfully
Maintaining profit that is comparable to industry benchmarks
Focusing on high levels of customer retention and award-winning service
Managing a budget
Other duties as necessary

COMPENSATION Carlyle Printers, Services & Supplies places great value in the Service manager position by offering a salary of $70,000+ depending on knowledge and experience, as well as a potential bonus. QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 years’ experience in the copier/printer repair industry, required
3 years’ experience in management or supervisory role
Demonstrative ability to recruit, motivate and train a technical workforce
Evaluate the cost of operation and establish work assignment benchmarks
Strong start to finish management skills
Ability to be fair and hold subordinates responsible for branch revenue and cost budgets
Self-starter with strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to set compensation structure standard with the industry
Ability to set processes & procedures that improve efficiency and bottom line results, while consistently improving our high level of customer service
Ability to manage technical staff individuals and hold accountable: territory integrity, response time, daily calls and in-completes at acceptable ranges.
