Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with customers and clinic clients, providing exceptional service, and assisting in the sales process across our clinic and retail store. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and knowledge of merchandising and customer service.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Operate POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties
- Maintain well-organized merchandise displays and ensure products are properly stocked
- Provide product information related to walking, running and hiking
- Engage in upselling and suggestive selling to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally to ensure satisfaction
- Support inventory management activities including stock replenishment
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques, merchandising, and product presentation
- Familiarity with walking and hiking a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain store appearance
