Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for food preparation, cooking and general maintenance in the kitchen. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant restaurant environment, supporting meal preparation and delivering excellent food service to our patrons. Duties
- Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with attention to presentation, taste, and quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations
- Handle food with proper hygiene practices, including food handling and storage
- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchen, or food industry with a minimum of 1 years experience.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with serving guests in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward learning new skills

Pay: $17.00-$18.75 per hour
