We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Greet visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer support and service.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain organized records and assist in preparing reports as needed.
- Support the dental receptionist with scheduling appointments and managing patient information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency and workflow.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office or clerical role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and customer service practices is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry and basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this position.
