Our telecom client, Bell Canada, is looking for a bilingual Data Analyst Team Leader to manage a small team of data entry reps to troubleshoot and verify customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:
- Lead a small team of data entry reps that are analyzing corp customer accounts
- Verify that data reps are doing quality checks on accounts
- Achieve monthly targets and quality metrics
- Collaborate with other departments to develop effective processes and protocols
- Actively manage the continued development of the team members with a focus on coaching and customer service excellence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Experience in data analysis and data entry verification
- Experience in testing data quality
- Previous Call Centre and/or Helpdesk experience as a team leader is a strong asset
- Possess strong consulting skills, including facilitation and coaching
Key Competencies and Experience:
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, within an environment of constant change
- Must have strong Data Analytical skills
- Hire and train all new team members
- Analyze metrics and provide necessary reporting
- Must be bilingual (English/French)
- 3+ yrs. in a supervisory or management role
- Call centre experience is a strong asset
