Position: Janitorial / Cleaner Position

Status: WEEKEND / SATURDAY 4 HOURS AND SUNDAY 4 HOURS
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour - Saturday 4 Hours & Sunday 4 Hours
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Janitorial/Cleaner to join our team. This position is scheduled for Saturdays (4 hours) and Sundays (4 hours), for a total of 8 hours per weekend. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of one of our condominium buildings. Cleaning duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Job Description:
Cleaning entrance and lobby
Take our garbage bins
Light snow cleaning in winter
Clean all glass and windows
Clean fingerprints, spills from common areas such as walls, light switches, doors, etc
Dust all horizontal surfaces, including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, door frames, vents,
Vacuum and mop hallways and lobby matts
Mop all hard floor surfaces
Empty garbage cans & recycle bins
Minimum Requirements:
Pieces of government issued ID
Valid security background check
Moderate physical activity: standing and/or walking for entirety of shift
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
Adhere to our Code of Ethics in performing job requirements
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Basic working knowledge of computers and how to write and answer email
