Duties
- Perform laser treatments including and not limited to laser hair removal treatments as well as skincare treatment (training can be provided)
- Preparing & cleaning the patient's skin & treatment room before and after the treatment
- Recommend treatments & skincare products based on VISIA skin analysis (training can be provided)
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout the treatment process
- Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care and answer any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and sanitary treatment room, following all safety and sanitation protocols
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and progress
- Manage calls and arrange bookings for cosmetic & laser treatments
- Social media marketing for cosmetic/laser treatments
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Laser Technician in the Aesthetic Clinic or Medical Spas
- Certification in laser hair removal
- Ability to provide full body laser hair removal treatment in under 90 mins
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Attention to detail and a strong focus on providing high-quality service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards
- Outgoing personality with a passion for skincare and cosmetic treatments
- Knowledge of retail sales techniques to promote products and services
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to sanitize equipment and maintain cleanliness in the treatment area
- Ability to provide high quality services to maintain client's satisfaction

- Previous work experience in aesthetic clinic(s) & medical spa(s)
- Previous experience as a Laser Technician using Elite IQ & Picosure Pro
- Ability to create & post marketing materials on social media
Note: Training is mandatory and paid. The training period will be variable and serves as a trial to evaluate adaptability to job requirements and the work environment.
