Role Summary
We are seeking an RN or RPN who loves connecting with people, educating clients, and helping them take meaningful next steps in their care.
This role blends nursing knowledge, client education, consultation, and follow-up in a private clinic environment. You’ll play an important role in helping prospective clients understand their options and feel confident beginning treatment.
Ideal for a nurse looking to step away from hospital stress while still making a real impact.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct intake consultations and assess suitability for treatment
- Educate clients on pelvic health concerns and available care options
- Build trust and guide clients toward appropriate treatment plans
- Follow up with prospective clients and support decision-making
- Encourage consult-to-program conversions through warmth, clarity, and professionalism
- Support clients during treatment visits and answer questions
- Maintain accurate charting in Jane EMR
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to achieve client care and growth goals
What We're Looking For
- RN or RPN in good standing with the CNO
- 5+ years nursing experience preferred
- Women’s health, pelvic health, cosmetic, private clinic, or consultative experience is an asset
- Strong communicator with warmth and confidence
- Comfortable discussing pricing, programs, and next steps professionally
- Naturally persuasive without pressure
- Professional presence and a client-first mindset

Pay: $32.00-$40.00 per hour
