What this role is
You own how CavaIt reaches people and turns attention into customers. Not a "coordinator." Not a "social media manager." The person who builds the growth engine from scratch strategy, content, creators, referrals, and the metrics that tell us whether it's working.
This is an early role at an early company. You'll have a lot of freedom and a lot of ownership. If you need things to be figured out before you start, this isn't for you. If you're the type of person who figures things out and then runs with them, read on.
Duties
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies across digital platforms, including SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Create, edit, and optimize engaging content tailored for e-commerce websites, social media, and email campaigns using Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop.
- Conduct keyword research and utilize Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
- Design compelling graphics and visual content that align with brand identity through graphic design tools.
- Analyze website traffic and user behavior using SQL, Google Analytics, and other analytics tools to inform content strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to enhance user experience.
- Execute A/B testing for campaigns to identify the most effective messaging and creative assets.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO techniques, and platform algorithms to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Create content that makes insurance actually interesting explainers, real-life scenarios, short video. You make the complicated simple and the simple compelling
- Find, pitch, and manage creator partnerships people who speak to our audience authentically, not just influencers with big numbers
- Design and run the referral programme that turns happy customers into our most powerful acquisition channel
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce growth strategies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and graphic design principles.
- Experience running paid campaigns via Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and Google AdWords.
- Ability to analyze data using SQL or similar tools to inform marketing decisions.
- Excellent written communication skills for email marketing campaigns and content creation.
- Knowledge of digital marketing trends including social media advertising, email marketing strategies, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Pay: $37,500.00-$100,000.00 per year
