CLH Luxury Cleaning Services is looking for an experienced and reliable Lead Hand to join our growing professional cleaning team.
We specialize in high-end residential cleaning and take pride in providing exceptional care, attention to detail, and consistent results for our clients. We are looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work and is confident helping lead and support a team.
As our Lead Hand, you will be responsible for helping oversee cleaning jobs, keeping the team organized and on task, completing quality checks and final inspections, supporting and training team members, and ensuring every home is completed to our company standards.
The right person for this role will have professional cleaning experience, strong attention to detail, and natural leadership and communication skills. You must be reliable, honest, proactive, and comfortable communicating with both clients and management.
A valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation are required. Applicants must also be available for flexible hours and able to pass a background check.
