Our Account Managers are required to successfully set up and maintain a new and existing group of clients through marketing, networking, and cold calling. We are an industry leader in our marketplace, and therefore have the success that comes with being recognized in the industry for supplying the best quality product and service.
We offer a competitive base salary, commission, car allowance, and a cell phone allowance with the potential of $50,000.00 plus with advancement opportunities. Other benefits that are offered are a health benefits plan and our 5% RRSP matching plan. Our Branch Managers primarily come from our top Account Managers and due to the nature of our business we are looking to continuously expand, opening the door to some fantastic career expansion possibilities.
Position Requirements:
The successful candidate will be a team player who is highly motivated with strong communication skills. You will have a minimum of two years of professional sales experience in the staffing industry or relating industries to the construction, manufacturing, or warehousing business environments. Construction experience is an asset but not required. However, we are looking for experienced individuals that have a network of customers and contacts in the blue-collar industry such as construction, manufacturing and/or warehousing.
All candidates must have a reliable vehicle and a clean drivers abstract.
