Project Coordinator - Insurance & Restorations

Red Deer Carpet One is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing Insurance Division. This role works closely with our Insurance Sales Manager, helping ensure projects move smoothly from initial measurement and estimate through scheduling, customer communication, and project completion.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate insurance restoration flooring projects from start to finish
- Communicate with customers, adjusters, and restoration contractors
- Prepare estimates and quotations using specialized software
- Measure projects on-site and review construction drawings and blueprints
- Assist customers with flooring selections in our showroom
- Manage project documentation, work orders, and related paperwork
- Maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system
- Support scheduling and workflow coordination to keep projects on track
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entire project experience
- Assist with business development and relationship management activities
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Design and colour theory experience
- Comfortable learning software systems and technology
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Professional and confident interacting with homeowners, contractors, and industry partners
- Experience in flooring, restoration, construction, insurance, estimating, or project coordination is considered an asset
- Valid driver's licence
