We are seeking a dependable Part-time Custodian to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards
- Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment during all cleaning activities
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as required
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and proper safety protocols is a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and reliability are essential for success in this role
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and moving supplies or equipment
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
