Overview
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Padel Coach to inspire and develop players of all skill levels in the dynamic sport of padel. As a vital member of our sports community, you will lead engaging coaching sessions, foster a positive environment, and promote a love for the game. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the fast-paced excitement of padel. Duties
- Lead structured coaching sessions tailored to players’ skill levels, from beginners to advanced enthusiasts
- Demonstrate proper techniques for strokes, footwork, and game strategy to enhance player performance
- Organize and oversee friendly matches, tournaments, and training drills to promote teamwork and competitive spirit
- Provide personalized feedback and guidance to help players improve their technique and tactical understanding
- Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining proper court etiquette and monitoring for injuries or hazards
- Incorporate fun, motivational activities that encourage continuous learning and enjoyment of padel
- Support the promotion of our sports programs through engaging communication and community outreach
Qualifications
- Proven experience in coaching or teaching sports, preferably padel or tennis
- Strong knowledge of padel rules, techniques, and game strategies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire players of diverse ages and backgrounds
- Ability to demonstrate fundamental swimming skills is a nice-to-have bonus for overall athletic versatility
- Passion for sports education with a proactive attitude towards fostering a positive learning environment
- Certifications in coaching or sports instruction are preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain relevant certifications is appreciated
