Duties
- Provide professional skincare services, including facials, exfoliations, and other aesthetic treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Perform a variety of hair styling services such as cuts, blowouts, coloring, and styling to enhance client satisfaction
- Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by thoroughly cleaning tools, workstations, and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations
- Engage with clients through clear communication, understanding their preferences, and offering expert recommendations for skincare and haircare products
- Assist with retail sales by upselling products that complement clients’ treatments and hair routines to boost their overall experience
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting guests warmly, and handling transactions efficiently
- Support team efforts by participating in promotional events and staying updated on the latest beauty trends and techniques
Experience
- Proven experience as an aesthetician or hairstylist with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating versatility in skincare and hair services
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse clients
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to skincare and haircare environments
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments, recommend products, and upsell services confidently
- Experience with retail sales strategies to enhance revenue opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced salon or spa environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning new techniques is essential
