Summary
The Senior .NET Developer role supports the modernization, development, and maintenance of the warehouse management software platform, including migration of legacy .NET Framework applications to modern .NET, development of backend services and APIs, support of mobile and Windows-based applications, and work with Microsoft SQL Server. The role also contributes to improvements in architecture, performance, CI/CD, code quality, and development practices in collaboration with product, operations, and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain web‑based and backend applications using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core).
- Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Lead and contribute to application architecture, design patterns, and coding standards.
- Perform code reviews to ensure quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Participate in project planning, contribute to process improvements, and support company growth initiatives.
- Interact with other departments, internal and external, to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Take initiative and ownership to support internal and external projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of professional experience in .NET development. Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
- Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server and writing optimized queries and stored procedures.
- Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required.
- Performing variety of duties as required.
- Experience with front‑end technologies such as JavaScript, Angular, React, or Blazor.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and cloud‑native application development.
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security standards.
- Prior experience in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, AWS Certified Developer, or similar) are a plus.
- Knowledge of SAP pertaining to operations.
Pay: $90,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
