What You’ll Be Doing
- Handle subprime deals from start to finish
- Get paid on both sales and finance (front & back)
- Work subprime leads provided through lead vendors and finance platforms
- Drive business through Facebook Marketplace and personal social media
- Build and maintain strong relationships with lenders and bank reps
- Deliver an exceptional, compliant customer experience
- Present and sell all finance products (warranty, insurance, protection packages, etc.)
- Ensure all legal and financial documentation is accurate and protected
What We’re Looking For
- Previous automotive sales or finance experience
- Strong work ethic, coachability, and ambition
- Interest in subprime and/or career growth into finance
- Excellent communication and people skills
