Responsibilities
- Prepare pizzas and other menu items with care, consistency, and attention to quality
- Provide friendly, welcoming service to customers in person and over the phone
- Assist and undertake all food preparation tasks, including topping, cutting, packaging, and rotating ingredients
- Help keep the kitchen, customer areas, and workstations clean, organized, and ready for the next rush
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
- Handle food products properly to ensure freshness, quality, and consistency
- Work as part of a team to keep orders moving smoothly during busy periods
- Pitch in wherever needed, whether that's helping a teammate, restocking supplies, or tackling daily tasks
- Help create the positive, community-focused atmosphere that keeps customers coming back
Skills & Qualifications
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous customer service, food service, or restaurant experience is an asset, but not required
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Friendly and professional communication skills when interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- A strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
- Basic kitchen or food preparation experience is beneficial, but we are happy to train the right person
- Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain a positive attitude during busy periods
