We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Labourer/Machine Operator to join our clients manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for to have knowledge on CNC machines (Milling), while supporting assembly and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read technical blueprints. Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC milling machines, to produce precision components according to specifications is a asset not required.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to assemble
- Using essential hand tools to assemble components
- Assist with assembly tasks, ensuring components are correctly fitted and secured.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve manufacturing processes and ensure timely production.
Qualifications
- Experience operating CNC machinery such as CNC milling machine is a asset.
- Knowledge of blueprint reading.
- Ability to use hand tools, and basic math.
- Warehouse experience or familiarity with packaging processes is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards.
