We are looking for a motivated, hardworking Landscape Construction Worker to join our team and help create beautiful residential and commercial landscapes.
What You'll Do
- Install or assist with paver patios, walkways, driveways, and natural stone surfaces
- Installation of retaining walls, garden walls, stone pillars, and other hardscape features..
- Assist with planting trees, shrubs, perennials, sod, and mulch.
- Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
- Follow company safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
- Work closely with team members to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Represent AIRO Landscapes professionally when interacting with clients and the public.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, masonry, or related outdoor construction work.
- Experience with retaining walls, pavers, stone installation, or plant installation is considered a strong asset.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Physically capable of lifting, carrying, and performing demanding manual labor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Steel-toe safety boots required.
