Compensation
This position offers per-job pay, meaning you are paid for each completed job — the more you work, the more you earn.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform thorough cleaning of homes and offices, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas, and workspaces to the client's standards
- Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly, safely, and efficiently
- Follow our cleaning protocols consistently to deliver a reliable, high-quality result every time
- Flag any maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns noticed on-site
- Manage your time well to complete each job within the scheduled window

- Prior cleaning or custodial experience is a bonus, not a requirement — we train all new hires
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and stay on task without constant supervision
- Physical stamina for tasks like bending, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods
