We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Busser to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience. Duties
- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them accordingly
- Turn over tables for a speedy service cycle
- Provide menus and relay any specials or promotions
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of hospitality and guest services
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with phone etiquette
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is a plus
- Customer service-oriented with a friendly demeanor
