**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled 'Winetender' to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patrons.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare and serve wine based drinks to customers following standard recipes (will train)
- Operate cash registers, accept payments, and issue receipts
- Clean and maintain the bar area, including washing glassware
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Maintain a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in wine, bartending or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in basic math for handling cash transactions
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with patrons
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
