The Role:
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Exam Invigilators to join our team in Victoria. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-orientated, and capable of working in a fast-paced testing environment. Shifts are scheduled on an as-needed basis and we are currently looking for invigilators who are available to work on weekdays and on weekends.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Setting up test rooms and equipment at the venue as required Checking in and out test taker's personal belongings Administering and invigilating tests Cleaning up after tests Other duties as required Requirements:
Weekend availability is a MUST; weekday availability is an asset
Superior customer service skills Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, punctuality, and professionalism
Ability to work under examination conditions with respect for confidentiality and secure information
Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills
Customer service experience is an asset Proven accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work as a part of a team or alone as required
Able to accurately follow predetermined instructions
Reliability and punctuality are essential
Available to work outside of normal business hours and comfortable spending long periods of time pacing, standing, or sitting.
