Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes and cleaning surfaces.
- Support cooks during meal preparation by providing necessary ingredients and tools.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure all food handling meets health regulations.
- Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Participate in kitchen maintenance tasks, such as sweeping floors and disposing of waste properly.
Skills
- Experience in food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from chefs and kitchen staff.
