We are looking for an analyst to act as a trusted advisor for the Flipp Sales team in support of retail clients, leveraging data & insights to maximize business results. You will derive insight using data, and use insight to formulate business actions and strategy. Lastly, you will communicate, and coordinate plans with the Flipp Account team to drive external retailer/CPG alignment to push the business forward.
Most of the things you will work on:
Work directly with cross functional teams to understand business requirements, execute routine reporting, develop insights and translate findings across internal groups.
Analyze historical campaign performance and make recommendations for product and performance improvements.
Support team leads on advanced measurement solutions (I.e. Third party data integrations, A/B test design and execution, etc.) and external presentations.
Review and recommend enhancements to tools, identify opportunities for automation and self-serve reporting.
Nature of role entails high visibility projects with quick turnaround times and working with a blank canvas
You'll need to have:
University/College degree in Business/Economics/Statistics/Math or similar degree.
Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for learning and/or existing experience with data tools (eg SQL, Oracle, Google Analytics, Tableau etc…)
1+ years of experience managing projects cross functionally, with applied analytics towards business problems
Understanding of Retail, CPG, loyalty and consumer analysis
Demonstrated ability to translate data into insights, and insight into actionable recommendations
An ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment. Work with minimal to no structure to foster innovation and build process post-pioneering
Experience in marketing analytics or programmatic ad buying is preferred
