We are seeking experienced and dedicated Loins Cooks to join our culinary team. Duties
- Prepare and cook loins dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Assist in food preparation, including cutting, marinating, and assembling ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
- Serve dishes promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Follow food safety protocols at all times during meal preparation and service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
Requirements
- Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices in the food industry
- Strong skills in meal preparation and serving within a restaurant or similar setting
- Excellent understanding of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is highly desirable
- Must be committed to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety at all times
