Mission Of The Position
Managing a product’s lifecycle, developing product strategies, and coordinating resources within the company across R&D, production technology, and factory operations. This includes creating product roadmaps, prioritizing and strategizing product promotion for the Europe and America markets based on the products developed across the group. Maintaining market insights, including competitor analysis and user research, to ensure the product meets customer needs while aligning with company business objectives.
Role Summary
- Product roadmap coordination (Internal and external)
- Listen and analyze customer needs
- Read RFQ (request for quotation) and breakdown all requests
- Prepare and provide required documents to customers.
- Cooperate with new product development team to get the latest product information and introduce to the customers.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree
- English communication capability (read, write, listen, speak)
- Demonstrates the capability to work autonomously, exhibit initiative, and displays a willingness to ask questions and actively pursue answers when necessary.
- Possesses exceptional attention to detail and is diligent in the pursuit of follow-ups.
- Exhibits a proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and self-driven motivation.
- Adaptable in managing various requests and adapting to changing priorities.
Optional Requirement
- Fluent Mandarin or Japanese communication capability
- Engineering or science background
- Preferably with experience in factory processes or quality management.

Pay: $39,306.18-$68,768.74 per year
