We work closely with our clients to build beautiful and sustainable landscapes, and we are looking for a dynamic Foreperson to help lead our efforts, offering more than just pizza parties.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach our team of landscape construction labourers and lead hands, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient project completion.
- Collaborate with the owner, landscape architect and construction manager to plan and execute our landscape construction projects.
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and materials to ensure successful outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in landscape construction, with a strong understanding of various landscape construction building techniques and materials.
- Previous leadership and supervisory experience landscape construction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D landscape plans.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s G license.
