Senior Estimator, ICI Construction - Permanent - 18811
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Estimator to join a respected general contractor with a strong and diverse ICI portfolio. This role is ideal for an estimator who enjoys both conceptual and detailed estimating and who thrives in a collaborative environment focused on accuracy, competitiveness, and well-structured preconstruction processes.
Duties include but are not limited to:
Prepare conceptual, schematic, and detailed estimates for ICI projects $20M +
Analyze drawings and specifications to ensure scope clarity
Develop quantity take-offs, costing, and complete bid submissions
Solicit, evaluate, and negotiate subcontractor and supplier pricing
Work closely with the preconstruction and project management teams to align estimates with project goals
About You
The successful candidate will have the following:
Professional Mindset: Grit, Entrepreneur
7-12+ years estimating ICI projects with a general contractor
Strong understanding of local trade markets and construction costs
Experience with estimating software and digital take off tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
