Job Summary
Assinck is currently seeking a inside & outside sales representatives to join our team. We’re looking for a self-motivated individuals who enjoys interacting with people, working in a fast-paced setting, and thinking outside the box to provide tailor-made solutions to our customers. The ideal candidates has excellent communication skills, mechanically inclined, easy speaking, problem solver, and the ability to prioritize and self-manage & knows how to close a deal.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain excellent customer relations; call on existing accounts, identify and call on new accounts.
- Coordinate with administrative personnel to receive RFQ’s and PO’s
- Provide quotes on replacement materials and / or new product lines
- Ensure pricing for both quotes and invoices will achieve the Company mandatory margin levels.
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with personnel in regards to latest customer information and requests.
- Create a positive work environment for yourself and others
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, especially telecommunication
- Strong working knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet)
- MUST have working knowledge of SAGE 300 & MiSYS
- Ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of vendors / customers, identify customer needs and sales opportunities
- Detail-oriented
- Work with sales team and order items for resale from our vendors
- Understand the aggregate industry, conveyors, crushers and screens.
- Create invoices
- Have a very good mechanical aptitude for this position.
- Experience in the aggregate / concrete / asphalt / conveyors & screens / crushers would be an enormous plus.
- Proven record of sales achievement and excellence in customer service
- Valid Driver’s License

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
