Floral Designer
We’re looking for a creative, reliable, and experienced full-time Floral Designer to join our flower family!

This is not an entry-level position. Applicants must have a minimum of one year of professional flower shop experience.
What You’ll Do
- Design and create floral arrangements for everyday orders, celebrations, sympathy, weddings, and special events
- Provide friendly, professional customer service in-store and over the phone, helping customers select flowers and products that suit their needs
- Accurately take, process, and prepare in-store, phone, and online orders
- Receive, process, care for, and organize fresh flowers, plants, and floral supplies
- Assist with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining beautiful shop displays
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
- Work efficiently and maintain a high standard of quality, especially during busy holidays and peak seasons
- Collaborate with the team to complete orders accurately and on time
- Assist with other day-to-day flower shop responsibilities as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum one year of professional flower shop experience is required
- Strong floral design skills and knowledge of flower care, processing, and handling
- A creative eye with a strong understanding of colour, balance, and composition
- Friendly and professional with strong communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine passion for floral design
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, peak floral seasons, and extended hours as needed.
