We are looking for a highly motivated founding team member to help build and grow an AI-powered platform serving the beauty and wellness industry.
This is not a traditional Product Manager or Marketing position.
As an early team member, you'll work directly with the founder and gain hands-on experience across product, operations, business development, marketing, partnerships, customer success, and growth strategy.

What You'll Do
Product & Operations
- Gather customer and merchant feedback
- Help prioritize product features and improvements
- Work closely with developers to communicate requirements
- Improve user onboarding and operational workflows
- Develop scalable processes and documentation
Merchant Growth & Customer Success
- Visit beauty businesses to understand their needs
- Assist merchants with onboarding and platform setup
- Build long-term relationships with business owners
- Collect market insights and product feedback
- Help improve merchant activation and retention
Marketing & Partnerships
- Participate in industry events and trade shows
- Build relationships with distributors, suppliers, beauty schools, and industry partners
- Support content marketing and community initiatives
- Assist with SEO, AI Search (GEO), and digital marketing projects
Analytics & Strategy
- Analyze user and merchant data
- Monitor growth metrics and KPIs
- Identify operational bottlenecks
- Recommend product and business improvements
What We're Looking For
- Experience in Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Business Development, SaaS, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable adapting to changing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to meet with merchants and attend industry events
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn

Language Requirements
- Professional English communication skills
- Mandarin or Cantonese is considered a strong asset, as many of our early merchants are Chinese-speaking businesses.
