We're looking for a passionate pizza chef/Pizzaiolo to join our small, close-knit team.
Threefold Beer & Pizza is home to three great breweries: Slow Hand, Boombox, and Temporal Artisan Ales. We've been serving Neapolitan-inspired pizza in our tasting room since opening our doors last spring.
The role we're looking to fill is primarily pizza maker and all that entails: dough handling, stretching, topping, oven work, prep, dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties. Most shifts begin around 4:00 PM and end around 9:00 or 10:00 PM.
This role offers opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in kitchen operations, leadership, menu development, ordering, and team training for candidates interested in growing with us. We're hoping to find someone interested in becoming a key part of the business as we continue to grow.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their craft, works well in a team environment, communicates effectively, and can work independently without constant supervision.
Pizza experience is not required, but it is highly preferred. Weekend and evening availability is a must.
Pay range (including tips): $24–$35 per hour
