THE DOGSPAWS is seeking a Full and Part-time self employeed groomer. We are a highly pet-friendly neighbourhood on the beaches. We are open Monday – Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We offer a stress-free work environment.
Qualifications:
- handle any general care tasks involving dogs and cats
- have the ability to groom dogs and cats to all breeds and sizes, shave downs, pattern clips and hand-scissoring skills
- be willing and able to groom dogs to specific customer requests
- have a positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
- at least 1 yr experience in grooming
