We are a fast-paced, well established Optometry Clinic located in Willowbrook Shopping Center. We are open 7 days a week and have 4 Doctors, running 3 exam lanes with the latest technology!
We are currently looking for a Permanent Full Time Receptionist/Optometric Assistant to join our amazing team. The right candidate would be available during weekdays, evenings and weekends, enjoy helping patients of all ages, have computer skills, organized and energetic. Any previous office experience and/or experience with contact lenses would be an asset.
Duties would include, assisting with patient pretesting, appointment bookings, extended health billing, greeting patients upon check in and check out and in time helping patients with their contact lenses. A strong multitasker is key!
