About the Role:
Are you someone who enjoys being part of a team, staying active, and helping create high-quality products? We're looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Support Team Members to help keep our production line running smoothly and safely.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play an important role in producing quality products while following food safety and workplace safety standards. No two days are exactly the same, and you'll have the opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment.
What You'll Be Doing:As a valued member of our production team, you'll:
- Help produce high-quality products that meet our food safety standards
- Operate and monitor production equipment according to company procedures
- Move, stack, lift, push, and pull products through various stages of production
- Inspect products and remove any that don't meet quality standards
- Work with your teammates to achieve daily production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Follow all company policies, GMPs, and food safety procedures
- Support other departments when needed
- Report any equipment, quality, or safety concerns to your supervisor
- Bring a positive attitude to work every day!
- Assist with other duties as needed

What You'll Bring:
Required: • High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift between 20 and 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Nice to Have: • Previous experience in food manufacturing or production
Physical Requirements:This is an active role! You'll spend your day:
- Standing and moving throughout your shift
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products
- Working with equipment and production machinery
- Being part of a busy and collaborative manufacturing environment
