Full-Time Delivery Driver – Aenos Foods
Aenos Foods is a growing, family-run food distribution business serving restaurants, chefs, caterers, grocery stores, and businesses throughout Ottawa and the surrounding area. We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and customer-focused Full-Time Delivery Driver to join our team.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately, safely, and on time.
Position: Full-Time Delivery Driver
Starting Pay: $21.00 per hour
Higher compensation available based on proven delivery experience and qualifications.
Schedule: Full-time weekday position. Early morning starts may be required depending on delivery routes and customer schedules. Occasional additional hours may be available during busy periods.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company delivery vehicles throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas
- Plan and follow assigned delivery routes efficiently
- Deliver food products and orders to restaurants, businesses, and customers in a timely and professional manner
- Load and unload products safely, including food boxes, cases, and other items
- Lift, carry, and move products weighing up to approximately 50 pounds
- Verify orders, invoices, and delivery quantities before leaving the facility
- Confirm deliveries with customers and obtain signatures or other required acknowledgements
- Provide excellent customer service at each delivery
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with our customers
- Ensure products are handled carefully and delivered in good condition
- Follow proper food-handling and temperature-control procedures where applicable
- Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation accurately
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the warehouse or management team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked delivery vehicle
- Perform basic vehicle safety checks before and during routes
- Follow all company safety procedures and transportation regulations
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and management team regarding deliveries, customer requests, delays, or issues
- Represent Aenos Foods professionally at every customer location
What We’re Looking For
- Previous delivery or commercial driving experience is an asset
- Experience delivering throughout Ottawa is strongly preferred
- Valid Ontario driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle being operated
- Clean driving record required
- Driver's Abstract must be provided as part of the hiring process
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Comfortable lifting and carrying food products and boxes
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of Ottawa streets, neighbourhoods, and surrounding areas
- Comfortable using GPS, delivery apps, or mobile devices for route and delivery information
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
- Must be dependable and available for full-time work
- Previous experience handling food products is an asset
Physical and Work Requirements
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday
- Ability to safely load and unload delivery vehicles
- Ability to work in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Ability to enter restaurants, businesses, loading areas, and customer facilities to complete deliveries
- Willingness to follow workplace health and safety procedures
- Availability for early morning starts and changing delivery volumes when required
