Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Health & Safety Manager to support our commitment to a safe and compliant work environment. This role requires both in-office work and daily visits to job sites. The ideal candidate must hold an NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) designation, a valid Certificate of Recognition, be well-versed in ISHA and ISO 45001, and have a valid driver’s license. The candidate will be responsible for preparing COR and ISO audits, conducting weekly and monthly site audits, and ensuring safety standards are maintained across all operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety policies aligned with ISHA, ISO 45001, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct and document weekly and monthly site audits, as well as COR and ISO audits.
- Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed reports for safety incidents.
- Facilitate training programs on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with management to implement corrective actions based on audit findings.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations and promote continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Mandatory: NCSO designation and COR certification.
- Strong knowledge of ISHA and ISO 45001 standards.
- Experience preparing COR and ISO audits.
- Ability to perform weekly and monthly site safety audits.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple sites.
- Strong report writing, training, and communication skills.
- Experience in occupational health, safety management, and compliance monitoring.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
