The Position
Continued growth has created exciting opportunities for Associate to Senior Manager level consultants with Change Management experience to join our Financial Services group.

You will be responsible for and participate in supporting the design, development, and delivery of change management activities to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative. This includes changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organization structures.

As a change agent, you will work to drive faster adoption and mitigate resistance to change while reducing negative impact to projects or initiatives.

You will be ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable with the ability to solve complex problems in a fast-paced environment.

Your proven experience and a solid understanding of change management principals, tools, and methodologies will allow you to be successful.

You will need to be confident, ambitious and have the ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to changing needs and environments while working independently.

Participate in overall change management activities by applying a change management process and creating a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Preparation of forecasts, and evaluation of the actual impact of changes
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Cooperation with project team and other stakeholders involved in the organizational change
Contribute to company brand presence
A solid understanding and proven experience with change management principles, tools, and methodologies and tools
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
Flexible and adaptable; ability to work in ambiguous situations
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Previous experience as an internal or external consultant
Excellent facilitation skills and ability to lead workshops
Excellent writing, communication, active listening and presentation skills
Results-oriented with the ability to meet aggressive timelines
Required Education: Related University Degree, Prosci certification or other relevant change management certifications or designations
Preferred Education: Post-Graduate degree, MBA, PMP, CMC, CPA or other relevant designations; or equivalent experience
