Palmery Motors is looking for a hands-on Operations Manager / Dealership Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily flow of our commercial vehicle dealership.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, strong with follow-up, and comfortable dealing with staff, customers, suppliers, repairs, paperwork, vehicle preparation, and delivery deadlines.
This is not a desk-only position. The right person must be willing to walk the lot, follow up with staff, check vehicle status, communicate with customers, and make sure important tasks are completed.
Main Responsibilities
Track vehicles from sale to delivery.
Follow up on repairs, safety inspections, parts, detailing, licensing, work orders, and pre-delivery preparation.
Coordinate with sales, admin, service, detailing, lot staff, drivers, suppliers, and ownership.
Make sure sold vehicles are treated as priority and are ready properly before customer pickup.
Help keep inventory organized and moving through the proper process.
Follow up with outside suppliers, repair shops, parts suppliers, auctions, and vehicle inventory suppliers when needed.
Handle post-delivery vehicle issues and warranty-related customer complaints professionally.
Communicate clearly with customers, staff, suppliers, and ownership.
Document customer issues, promises, repairs, approvals, delays, and resolutions.
Report serious issues to ownership quickly and clearly.
Help improve dealership workflow, communication, and follow-up.
Customer Complaint Handling
This role includes handling post-delivery vehicle concerns and warranty-related complaints.
The right person must be calm, professional, confident, and able to communicate clearly with customers. They must be able to listen, gather facts, follow up properly, and help resolve issues while protecting the company.
Major decisions such as refunds, buybacks, major repairs, compensation, legal issues, OMVIC matters, or chargebacks must be approved by ownership.

Requirements
Valid driver’s licence.

Strong organization and follow-up skills.
Ability to work in person, Monday to Saturday.
Must be comfortable working in a busy, hands-on dealership environment.
Compensation
$30 per hour.
Full-time, in-person position.
Monday to Saturday schedule.
42 paid hours per week.
Wage will be reviewed after 90 days based on performance, reliability, communication, and overall fit.
