Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to coordinate schedules and special requests
- Maintain organization of cleaning schedules and recordkeeping for appointments
- Take initiative in identifying areas for improvement and suggest solutions for enhanced service delivery
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to our quality standards.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and all surfaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, and accessible surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or unusual observations at client locations.
- Represent Elite Sparkle Cleaning in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to our quality standards.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and all surfaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple appointments efficiently
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and good time management are necessary for punctuality and consistency
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning according to our quality standards.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and all surfaces.
- Vacuum and mop floors.
- Dust furniture, baseboards, and accessible surfaces.
- Report any maintenance issues or unusual observations at client locations.
- Represent Elite Sparkle Cleaning in a professional and courteous manner.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or hotel cleaning.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition and ability to perform cleaning tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to travel between multiple job sites.
- Clean criminal record (background check may be required).
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
