We are seeking a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) who shares our passion for excellence, and has a positive can-do attitude. The RMT will report to trove’s General Manager, and will work closely with the Assistant General Manager, and the practitioner team.

Responsibilities
- Providing high-level professional massage to clients, including (but not limited to) pre-natal, post-natal, swedish and deep tissue massage.
- Using spa booking system to confirm schedule, appointments, client preferences and notes, and to add relevant treatment notes after each service
- Ensuring massage rooms and common areas are kept neat, sanitized, and clutter-free at all times and all equipment is in safe and working order
- Actively promoting retail by first gaining a deep understanding of trove’s retail offering, and then recommending any products that could be beneficial or a value-add to the client
- Helping to educate and provide support to all staff members whenever the opportunity arises
- Taking a proactive approach to problem-solving and finding viable solutions to any issues that may arise
- Attending and contributing to all staff meetings
- Assisting with any other relevant spa duties as may arise
Skills + Experience
- 3+ years experience (in a luxury spa setting not required, but an asset)
- Must be a RMT with a valid RMT number
- Expertise in lymphatic massage is not required, but is an asset
- Experience in additional wellness / healing modalities also an asset
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- Demonstrates superior attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and client service

Pay for this position is based on an hourly rate plus commission.
Hourly pay ranges from $22 - $25/hr and commission ranges from 17 - 23%
This is an in-person role. Full time availability preferred, part time also will be considered.
