Your key responsibilities
We are hiring into our Business Consulting group in the following roles:
Staff Consultant: As a staff consultant, you will work on a diverse and talented team that will help you learn and challenge you to grow. You will be responsible for specific components of a project, such as conducting and synthesizing data and research into meaningful insights.
Senior Consultant: As a senior consultant, you will begin to develop specialized knowledge, manage larger and more complex components of our projects, and will have greater responsibility for engagement delivery and execution.
Manager: As a manager, you will play a pivotal role on projects, crafting strategies, and delivering recommendations to help our clients with their most pressing issues. You will be responsible for project oversight and delivery; team management and coaching; as well as developing and maintaining productive relationships with clients. Managers will also be involved in practice development initiatives ranging from business development to staff and team development.
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
Staff: A minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience
Senior: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
Manager: A minimum 5 years of relevant experience and demonstrated ability in managing and leading a team
An undergraduate or graduate degree in business, STEM, or another related major
Experience in industry or with a professional services firm
Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness with experience in one or more of the following: transformation programs, strategy development, customer experience, value proposition definition, product portfolio review, revenue improvement, and cost reduction initiatives, innovation initiatives, customer and industry research, project management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail with a logical and methodical approach
Willingness and ability to learn and work independently with minimal supervision
Effective organization and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and adhere to project deadlines
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Committed to integrity within a professional environment
